Professor Fluffy Programme. | Holy Trinity Primary School

The Professor Fluffy Programme introduces P7 pupils to Queen’s University. Representatives from QUB visit schools to tell the pupils all about university life in a fun, engaging and interactive way. Professor Fluffy aims to make children aware of the exciting opportunities available through higher education and through early introduction, we hope to encourage children to set their goals high for the future. The school has already received a visit from Professor Fluffy, along with one of the members of the Widening Participation Team. The pupils received an interactive and engaging talk about Higher Education and had the opportunity to ask lots of questions about University life. Following this, On the 29^th April, the pupils will get an opportunity to visit Queen’s University for a campus tour and carousel of STEM skills building activities. The visit to University is rounded off by the opportunity for the pupils to try on graduation gowns and take home their very own mini Professor Fluffy.
