Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to inform you that, from September 2026, Holy Trinity Primary School will be offering a Wrap Around Care service for our pupils. This provision will be delivered by registered provider, Sleepy Hollow, and will be available daily from 7:45am to 6:00pm, offering families flexible childcare before and after the school day.

Discounts will be available for parents who are in receipt of Universal Credit or who use Childcare vouchers. Representatives from Sleepy Hollow will be holding an information meeting for parents on:

KS1 Hall

At this meeting (approx. 30 mins), they will provide full details about the service, including registration, daily arrangements, and information on pricing and discounts available through Universal Credit and Childcare voucher schemes.

Parents who are interested in accessing this wrap around care provision are invited to attend.
