Alison from Nurture Advisory Support came to visit our class. She did some Theraplay activities with us. Theraplay is a great way to enhance self esteem, trust in others and joyful engagement. We played fun games such pass the balloon, working with sound and finished with a quiet activity to calm and regulate our emotions. We had lots of fun!
