P5MH joined Freddie Fitness for the “Take5” Healthy Living Workshop, where they enjoyed a fun and active session after a group discussion on the importance of healthy eating, sensible sleeping, and effective exercise. The children let their hair down, worked together, and discovered practical ways to make healthy choices every day.
