P5MH Complete Coaching Block in Gaelic Football Fundamentals
P5MH finished their 4 week coaching sessions on Gaelic Football skills with Seamus Mc Kenna. They learned about bouncing and soloing, high and chest catches, and kicking and hand-passing to distribute the ball. Let’s hope they continue their skills with our local GAA clubs.
