Primary 5 celebrated Children's Mental Health Week by taking a Mindful Nature walk, using our senses to help take notice of our surroundings to help relax and ground us. We also created in an art activity 'Our Place- A place to Be' island. We drew and collaged all the different places were we belong, feel safe and comfortable.
