Primary 3BH had a brilliant time at their first Forest School session of the year! Before heading into the forest area, we talked about our safety rules and boundaries. The children learned how to stay safe by listening carefully, staying within the designated area, and making sure the area is left just as they found it. Once we were ready, the children got creative with some Nature Art! They collected leaves, twigs, stones, and other natural materials. Using bamboo canes, they built picture frames and created faces inside them using the items they found in the area. This fun activity linked with our “Wonderful Me” topic — and the results were fantastic!
