Healthy Bodies, Happy Minds: P3’s Day with Fitness Freddy

P3 had a fantastic session with Fitness Freddy focused on health and well-being. The children learned about healthy habits, including the importance of eating nutritious foods, getting enough sleep, and practicing good hygiene. They also enjoyed some fun exercises and finished the session with some energetic dancing that everyone loved.
