To further explore the concept of rhyme, our class went on a spot and match adventure in the playground in search of real objects to rhyme with their pictures. The first group to find a matching object were those with the fire picture - they quickly realised that fire rhymes with tyre. The other groups soon found their matching object, too! This playful activity blended movement, imagination and language learning, turning our playground into a rhyming adventure.
