Wear Yellow Day for Cystic Fibrosis.
13th Jun 2025
Mollie is a happy and resilient 7 year old, who has to live with Cystic Fibrosis for the rest of her life. She was brilliant today at assembly explaining what 'Yellow Day' means. We are so proud of her.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is an incurable genetic condition affecting mainly the lungs and digestive system.
More than 10,900 people in the UK are living with the condition.
You are born with CF and cannot catch it later in life, but one in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing it.
Our school participates in Wear Yellow Day to raise funds so that people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families can truly live a life unlimited. We had a lovely day today!
