Three Games, Three Outstanding Displays from the Holy Trinity Girls

Holy Trinity 4-9 – 0-0 Scoil na Fuiseoige

Holy Trinity controlled the game from start to finish with Cadhla’s accuracy setting the tone. Molly was outstanding as she won ball in both attack and defence. Aoibhin showed great skill and workrate in midfield and Cara and Eimear repeatedly turned defence into attack. Saorla and Etaoin were calm and assured at the back and Eve finished well with her sharp eye for goal.

Holy Trinity 2-7 – 0-0 St. Teresa’s

Holy Trinity delivered another composed display with Cadhla keeping the scoreboard moving through her accuracy. Molly won vital ball all over the pitch and Aoibhin’s workrate and skill in midfield drove the team forward. Cara and Eimear were excellent in transition as they turned attacks into breaks. Saorla and Etaoin defended confidently and Maisie and Eve threatened throughout.

Holy Trinity 1-5 – 0-1 St. Bride’s

In a tight and physical contest Holy Trinity showed real determination. Cadhla’s accuracy proved crucial on a low scoring day. Molly battled hard to win key possession in defence and Aoibhin worked tirelessly throughout . Cara and Eimear were important in turning defence into attack and Saorla and Etaoin held firm at the back.

A confident display by the girls with numerous girls making their first appearance for the school.

Well done to, Grace and Lacey, our Davitt’s contingent, Lucia Who covered every blade of grass and our Primary 5 contingent - Emily, Emma, Anna S, Anna A and Chloe. Lastly a big well done Ava Grace, P4KL, on an impressive debut.
