Thank You to Microsoft Dream Space!

A huge thank you to Matty at Microsoft Dream Space for an amazing coding session today! Our Digital Leaders had a fantastic time developing team-building skills and learning to code within Minecraft.

We kicked off with some engineering building, starting with a marble run construction challenge. Congratulations to Jessie and Eadaoin, who came first with an impressive 57 cm! Oisin and Poppie were close behind in second place with 55 cm, and Omar and Fionn secured third place with 38 cm. Well done to all teams!

Next, we moved into Minecraft coding, beginning in the Chat section to complete a Skywrite activity and build a house. The highlight of the day? Creating and decorating our very own snowman! It was a perfect mix of creativity and coding.

Our Digital Leaders can’t wait to share what they’ve learned with their classes. A big thank you again to Matty for making this such an inspiring experience!
