Take 5 Being Well, Doing Well with Fitness Freddy
Every child in Holy Trinity took part in Fitness Freddy’s inspiring Health & Wellbeing sessions, delivered as part of the Take 5 Being Well, Doing Well Programme.
Across all year groups, pupils explored how to look after both their physical and mental health:
• Learning about balanced diets, sensible sleep routines, and good hygiene.
• Discovering the hidden sugars in fizzy and energy drinks, and why water is the best choice for hydration.
• Practicing Freddy’s “Take 5” strategies to pause, reflect, and support mental wellbeing.
• Joining lively discussions on healthy eating, effective exercise, and positive daily habits.
To finish, everyone joined in Freddy’s energetic dance routines—bringing the whole school together in a joyful celebration of being active.
