On Tuesday 14th October, our Primary Seven pupils took part in The Belfast Giants Healthy Lifestyle Programme for primary schools, run in partnership with Belfast Harbour. Belfast Giants defender, Josh Roach, visited our school to promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Josh spoke to the pupils about the importance of a balanced diet, physical fitness, enough sleep, and tips for managing stress. Josh kindly shared his own ice hockey journey and the importance of healthier choices. Thanks so much to Josh and to The Belfast Giants for taking the time to visit our school. We can wait to visit the SSE Arena to see you in action on the ice!
