P7LH have been having a fantastic time taking part in the Times Tables Rock Stars ‘Ireland Rocks’ competition as part of Maths Week! The class have loved the excitement of tracking their progress on the live leaderboard, enjoying some friendly rivalry with other classes in our school and also with schools across the country.
We use TTRS every day to improve our fluency and strengthen our speedy recall of multiplication and division facts. This competition has been a brilliant and fun way to put those skills to the test. We are looking forward to seeing who comes out on top!
