The children in P3FO took part in a special Safer Internet Day live lesson all about staying safe online. They learned simple rules to help them make sensible choices when using the internet and talked about the importance of telling a trusted adult if something worries them.
The children explored four key ways to stay safe online, such as keeping personal information private and making safe choices.
They then used the Just2easy tools to create their very own Online Safety Superhero. They chose a superhero template, decorated it using the digital colouring tools, and added speech bubbles to show their top online safety tips.
By the end of the session, every child had designed a personalised superhero that shared what they had learned about being safe on the internet.
It was a great, fun lesson enjoyed by everyone and we were delighted our school got a shout out.
