P3 Become Gymnasts

Primary 3 have had great fun during their recent gymnastics sessions at O’Neills. The pupils were introduced to a wide range of new skills and techniques, helping them to develop strength, balance, coordination and confidence. The children practised travelling along apparatus, handstands, cartwheels and jumping. They really enjoyed learning each new movement and continue to grow in confidence.

We were delighted to welcome the gymnastics coaches into our own school for one week, giving the class the chance to experience a gymnastics session in a familiar setting. The children were so enthusiastic and very proud of what they achieved. Well done P3!
