P2CMC and P7HD Celebrate Best Attendance Win with a Fantastic Trip to Holy Trinity Youth Club

We are delighted to announce that P2CMC and P7HD were the winners of the Best Attendance Prize for KS1 and KS2 respectively for Term 2. As a reward for their fantastic commitment to coming to school every day, the classes enjoyed a brilliant visit to Holy Trinity Youth Club.
Holy Trinity Youth Club kindly facilitated the pupils’ visit and opened up all of their fantastic facilities. Children had the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, loom band making, dodgeball, football, pool tables, music play stations, and more. Although there was plenty to enjoy, the clear favourite of the day was the tuck shop—even if some pupils felt it should have been free!
Good attendance is extremely important. Being in school every day helps children stay on track with their learning, develop strong routines, and make the most of every opportunity. Every day really does count, and these two classes have shown how commitment and teamwork can truly pay off.
A huge thank you to the Holy Trinity Youth Club staff for giving up their free time to come in and support our pupils—it was truly appreciated by both staff and children alike. We are already looking forward to June, as we believe both classes will be working hard to compete for this amazing prize again!
