We had a brilliant morning with Microsoft Ireland, working with Neeve and Matty! Our Digital Leaders started their Ambassador journey with an introduction to coding. They loved using Kahoot for the ice breaker quiz and had great fun thinking like a coder and working out the categories. We loved working out the instructions for the maze to guide Aisling to the apple, the umbrella, the castle and the guitar!
We learnt about conditional statements, using if, then and else. It was tricky working out what the group would eat!
We learnt about algorithms- a set of step by step instructions to solve a task. We created the algorithm for making a cup of tea!
