We are absolutely delighted to share that we have officially achieved CERTIFIED SAFER SCHOOL status, following our fantastic participation in the Safer Schools NI Digital Proficiency Course.
This achievement reflects our strong commitment to ensuring that our entire school community is informed, confident and empowered to navigate the online world safely. A huge well done to everyone involved – our children, parents and dedicated staff – whose hard work and engagement made this possible.
As one of the first twenty schools in Northern Ireland to receive this recognition, we were especially proud to be presented with our certificate on Wednesday 24th June by Colin Stitt (Head of Safer Schools NI), alongside Safer Schools Service Specialists Kathryn Barber and Rebecca Walker.
Congratulations to everyone – this truly was a whole-school and community effort. We look forward to continuing our eSafety journey together.
