This week we have been listening to stories, watching videos, and practising how to regulate and name our emotions. We have been learning that all emotions are okay to feel — what matters is how we respond to them.
We’ve been using the strategy STOP, take a breath, and make a good decision to help us manage tricky moments.
As today was a wet day and we couldn’t go on our mental health walk, we enjoyed some Minecraft Yoga instead — a fun and calming way to help our bodies and minds reset.
