P1FD had a fantastic time exploring ‘Leaf Man’ by Lois Ehlert. Inspired by the story, the children went on an autumn walk to observe seasonal changes and collect natural materials. They ended their walk by singing Five Little Leaves in the sensory garden as autumn leaves gently fell around them. During play, they used their findings to create their very own unique leaf men — each one full of character and creativity. Well done, Primary One!
