Do you want to be a Digital Leader?

Last year for the first time ever Holy Trinity appointed 12 Digital Leaders to help the school with their strong ICT Skills. They had a wonderful year learning new skills, passing on their knowledge, attending courses and helping around the school. They were  brilliant! We would like to say a huge thank you to:

Cora Mc Cann, Liam Walsh , Jay Mc Mahon, Dara Boylan, Riley Collins, Natasha Teer, Jessica Davis, Evie Mc Court, Leah Bunting, Rhianna Mc Kenna, Joshua Lavery and Daniel Armstrong.

This year we need new Digital Leaders to help us. If you are in P5, P6 or P7 and would like to apply for the position, you can download a form by clicking here or asking your teacher to get one for you from Mrs Rooney.

Good luck!

What is a Digital Leader?

The Digital Leader programme has been designed to allow some of our children with a particular interest in ICT to offer help and advice to children and staff around school with their computing learning.

You will be able to spot them as they wear Digital Leader Badges!

Throughout the year, these Digital Leaders will get special iPad and ICT training from Mrs Rooney and Mrs Connolly, iTeach and also the Apple Store in Victoria Square. They will also be asked to test some apps before the pupils use them and also recommend  apps and programmes that our school may find useful.

Mrs Rooney meets with the team  once a fortnight, so keep an eye on our blog to see what  they’ve been up to.
