What a morning in Holy Trinity! Today we had a special assembly to present the 3rd Millennium Learning Award, the Digital Schools Award Northern Ireland and the Eco Green Flag Award. To present the awards we welcomed Paddy Barnes, Double Olympic medallist who won his professional title by beating Romanian Silviu Olteanu in Belfast on Saturday night. Paddy brought his European Championship belt with him much to the children’s delight. We also welcomed Paul Maskey MP and Malachy Crudden from CCMS, along with some members of our Board of Governors. The Digital Leaders and the Eco Council spoke brilliantly about the work the school has been doing to achieve these prestigious awards and we were delighted to see so many parents who were able to come and help us celebrate. Our Annie team were also on hand to treat us to some fantastic musical dance routines and songs. Well done everyone!
